Chicken Cardini

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Creamy Caesar salad dressing
Onion (sweet variety if possible) - sliced quite thin
Roma tomatoes - sliced quite thin
Garlic cloves - finely minced or put through a press
Crushed oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lime (lemon can be used)

Put chicken in a Ziploc bag with enough dressing to cover well
and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. (I flip the bag
occasionally.) When ready to prepare, preheat oven to 350F,
(180C). Remove coated breasts from bag and place on a baking
sheet. Pour a bit more of the dressing from the bag over top -
fairly thin coat on each. Top each breast with the thinly sliced
onion. Cover that with the thinly sliced tomato. Sprinkle each
breast with 1/4 tsp. oregano. Now cover each with 1-2 cloves
of prepared garlic, (yes - on each breast). Sprinkle with pepper
to taste and lightly with salt if desired. Add a dusting of cinnamon
and then squeeze fresh lime juice atop each breast. That's it, so
bake 30-40 minutes till chicken is done.
