Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 15 1/4 oz. can of whole kernel corn
1 15 1/4 oz. can ranch style beans
1 small can of rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
shredded cheese
sour cream
salsa
corn or flour tortillas
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add chili powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper, and onions, and cook on medium heat till onions are clear or soft. Add corn, rotel and beans, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve in heated tortillas and garnish with cheese, salsa and sour cream.
