Tequila lime corn and bean salad
Makes: 5 cups

1 cup Pace Tequila Lime Salsa
1 large red pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1. Stir the salsa, pepper, corn, beans, mango and cilantro in medium bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
