That looks bad, Carol. On the second photo one can clearly see where the river normally is running and how much she has gone over.
And the last simply made me flinch.

Makes me thankful we're not close to the river. (big flood in the late 90's took out the ex's business) That last is a friend who works for my chiropractor. She says every time it floods she just plans the next remodel
