. They'd been told that it wasn't in her best interest to have another child, this is her third. She lucked out with #2. #3 is also diagnosed with Wolf–Hirschhorn syndrome. This is something I try to make every year, and since it's now a few blocks from the house I'm in I will be going. Had kind of thought about running down to see the son tomorrow. But he's still in the hills. So think I'll stay here and find things to do. The family will be going out to one of the lakes for the day.
TCG didn't make it down for the race in Ontario today. Ah well.
Have stuff mixed up to make veggie balls in a bit. Then adding pasta sauce and serving with shell macaroni. Yum.
Kids had a bake sale for about 3 hours today. They made about $20 doing that, and had fun. Then they pulled a bunch of weeds. How a place with such a small yard can have so many weeds amazes me.
Daisy and Hitch are wearing t-shirts today. Hitch is in a red one with a sparkly bone on the back. Daisy is in black with sparkly paw prints. Hitch is not impressed, Daisy is fine.
Having a cat issue. If anyone has suggestions to get them to quit peeing in one spot on the rug I'd be very happy to try anything.
78 upstairs, which is where the AC come on, causes it to be 62 down here. I have the vents closed, but you still get some leakage.
Heading back to town in a bit. Jeannie asked me to get her tonight so she can stop and get Zaak a father's day present.
And I think that's probably it. I may be back later, then again I have the new Conan to watch too.
