Sauté chopped onion, sliced mushrooms and diced cooked chicken in butter until onion and mushroom are tender. Add chopped garlic and allow to heat while adding a can of cream of mushroom soup and a bit of milk or cream to make a sauce. Heat to light bubbly and remove from heat. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain. Return sauce to heat and add a couple pinches chili powder and some sour cream. Warm through and mix into cooked noodles. Serve with vegetable of choice.
(I use Quorn chopped chicken, which is very close tasting to the real thing)
