So how was everyones day? Good Sunday? Weather here was fantastic, mid 70's.

Went to Jeannie's earlier, took Bert and ChoDan. He likes to go play with her dog, Ava. And part of why we went was that Ava got her hair cut today, Matt shaved her down like I did mine last year. She's so damn cute! Photos taken, but have to be developed. Will have in a day or three. Jewell was home, as was Amber and Kurtis. Nice visit, played with Hailey and the kittens, got to hold a few of the bigger cats. Cho had a ball, Jewell shared photos on her laptop with Bert and I both, Matt drug out pics from when he was a kid, was a nice time. Right up until we couldn't find my dog.

Ever had your heart just stop? We split up and started searching, the ditches are full now and running hard and he's never been near one before. We went all over yelling. Amber finally found him, he'd slid into a back-up ditch and couldn't get out. Tried, was coated solid in mud and scared to death, but he's okay. Matt grabbed him, tossed him in the tub and bathed him. We closed all the doors and let him run around the house a bit. He's tired, but he's okay.

Have photos of Bert and Matt, Bert and Jewell, cats, dogs, Jeannie, Amber and the ditches and scenery. Will have those dropped off in the morning, hope to get back tomorrow night. Tomorrow, though, is patients, trip to Boise Dr, and Jewell's concert. So we'll see, might be Tuesday before I get them.

Cute story about those, Diego has taken to hanging as close to me as she can get. Inigo has developed a fascination with running water.

The pics are lovely, and story of ChoDan and the ditch does indeed summon up similar heart-stopping moments (a black cat in our case). Glad he is alright.

Lovely pictures - I think your cats are beautiful and you're lucky! Glad to hear your dog is okay - I think every dog owner has had some kind of heart-stopping incident... just makes you love them all the more after! Thanks for sharing!

had to look, that first one has all 5 kids in it. 4 fixed girls, one fixed boy, all forever indoor cats. Also all but 1 is a rescue animal, the boy was orphaned and gotten from my daughters hubby.
Cho is the light of my life, I'm not sure I'll survive when he goes. He's constantly with me.

I wish I could find a cat that would work well in my house, but the neighbourhood I live in has so many strays outside, the inside ones go nuts (I can hear my neighbour's cat crying all hours of the night when he can hear the ones outside). I know you have mentioned it but I forget (sign of old age I think), but how old is Cho?
