carols_stuffChocolate Mousse
Serves 8 - 10
1/2 - 3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 packages (10 1/2 oz each) firm tofu, drained (get
boxed tofu off the shelf, NOT the refrigerated type)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Chill 1 - 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
