Jul. 25th, 2008 07:40 pmI HAS A NEW BABY!!!!!
So I cheerfully stopped at the vet today, as I do every payday, and gave them money and got Cho pills. And Ann, front office girl and vet tech, says "Carol, want a kitten?" So I asked, I always ask, but I always say no. This time they're her parents kids. So she gives me details, I give her an email address and her mom sends photos. And then I drove to Payette (5 miles) and looked at the tub full of babies. Bert was so excited when I asked him (I really did, he could say no if he wanted), and of the 4 girls and one boy, all black, a few with a little white starting, one just cuddled in and was ready to come with me. And why did I choose to bring home another? Other than that she is drastically black? Because she was born June 21. There's no way they can know that's my birthday, so that pretty much was it. I've tried several names on her, she's answering to Estel. Bert can pronounce it, Hailey liked it, and so, Ladies and Gents, Please meet my new child, Estel.
She's already been bathed-covered in food and kitten poop, she's been snizzled by the other 5 completely, and Will is making mother moves already.
