Calling a business after hours suggestions: Speak slowly and clearly. State your name, your phone number, and a very brief statement of what you need. Don't call with music or the television blasting in the background, don't call with your child screaming, don't call while driving-period but if you must then close the windows. If the business you called can't understand or hear you, then they can't return your call.
