Impromptu Tuna Salad
1 can tuna
Oregano
Feta cheese
Sliced black olives
Chopped roasted red peppers
Chopped banana peppers
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Once it is mixed well, you can add to leftover pasta, put on top of lettuce (with an extra splash of oil and vinegar), make a sandwich, or a tuna melt.
