Grandma's Persimmon Pudding
1 cup persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix well and pour into greased 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan (or similar size of your choice). Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until firm.
